Tuesday Noon:
Gentle/Moderate for All Levels. Classic yoga postures, breathing exercises,
mid-day energizing! Come on your lunch break or fit class into your “day
in town.” Mary Therese
Tues 5:30 PM:
Moving Into Stillnessfor All Levels. Traditional yoga with longer holdings for deep release and inner peace. ( 75 min. session) Mary Therese
Saturday 9:30 – 10:45 AM 
Morning Flow (Vinyasa)  ( 75 min. session) All Levels. Begin with centering and warm ups, then moving to a soft vinyasa  (flowing sequence -  movement with breath). Relax and rejuvenate.   Folks with cabins and tourists please join us!  Mary Therese & Julie, and certified guest teachers rotate leading, check Facebook for monthly schedule.
 
RATES:  Walk In: $12 /$10 Students/Seniors Buy a Pre-paid Card and Save, Use with any teacher! (all cards expire in 3 months)
• $55 for 5 classes/$45 Students/Seniors
• $100 for 10 classes/$80 Students/Seniors.  Use Your Prepaid Card at all classes listed above (walk-ins always welcome, no pre-registration needed) 

Parent / Child Yoga Coming July 2013 Wednesday’s 11:00 AM (pre-register at Bemidji Community Ed) 

 
New T’ai Chi Chih sessions for 6 weeks and the cost is $50.
Classes will still be held at the United Methodist Church taught by Corina Whiting        T’ai Chi Chih a moving meditation consisting of 20 movements to help balance, accumulate and circulate the energy in and around the body.
This class will also include some techniques to help connect the student with their central nervous system thereby lessening the stress response.
